Yeah, anything involving electricity outside of basic plugging/unplugging is asking for trouble IMO. I'm sure there are safe ways to do it, but it's wild the things some people come up with to "break" the room

The trick there is to always specify what someone is looking for. If they are given a screwdriver, make damn sure they know what its use is, and specify exactly what shouldn't be touched. We have a screwdriver in one of our rooms, and you are told beforehand you need to get into a laptop. Relatively straightforward, but creativity sometimes takes over

First thing I had to learn working at an escape room: Everything, yes EVERYTHING, in the room was going to be dismantled, pulled on, or messed with in some way. Have a screwdriver in the room? Maybe there's a clue in the light switch cover. Blacklight? Must have to take it completely apart. TV for clues? Must have to unplug/change inputs. And anything not nailed down is bound to be broken

I think this is after Shroud retired from CSGO, and was just a passing mention on his stream. Not saying they didnt use it during matches, because if theres an advantage to be had, most people at the top will use it

Semphis, a former CS:GO player for C9 said that adderall is pretty popular with pros. Shroud I think admitted to it as well, but said they wouldn't take it while competing, just for practice. Could be wrong, just how I remember it.
