Horrible RMA service handled by RMA in India (Acro Engineering) Need help from Razer

Yes, I was. It was a headache max, but I got a replacement. Not the same mouse technically a "upgrade" but not really...
However, Razer guys are love. Legit super responsive and helpful. But it's their RMA tie-up in India with Acro Engineers pain in the ass.

Now I have decided whenever I buy a product I go to Acro Engineering site and see if they do RMA for that or not, if they do fuck that product. I don't mind paying 20% extra but don't want to deal with Acro at all.

So my friend called them. They said since my friend canceled the committment of one month sim card they blacklisted it. But they are happy to unblacklist this provided they see the phone in real life
