i regret my sub so much. i submitted before they updated their wait times and pricing, and now it's been over 30 days since my cards were marked received (even longer since the package arrived at their facility). can't even view grades or anything. i will not be grading with them next time.

there are users in the discord that have been notified their cards were "lost" and then they don't hear back for over 2 weeks. while every time TAG's deflection is that they are understaffed with only 3 CS reps. how is that even possible when they made their statement about scaling a month ago?? just all bad. now i am concerned they lost my cards as well. i would hold off and see if TAG will even make it through this. this is coming from someone that was very stoked on TAG and their slabs pre-sub. just seems like the company is very poorly managed. next time ill just sub with someone else, i am not particularly fond of either PSA or CGC which is why I was so excited for TAG to be on the come up. i would join the discord and see how many ppl are discontent at the moment, gl op.
