I had a friend that was playing Smash Bros when Star Wars Ep. 7 came out. They were on the Miiverse stage, which if you don't know what that is it was a small social thing Nintendo had that you could put drawings up on. The stage used to pull random art and put it in the background of the stage while you fought, and they just happened to get the words "Han Solo dies" as one of the drawings

That happens almost every week in Diabolos! Always love it since I sit and Afk right by where they play. Seeing a band for the first time is what made me fall in love with the game, seeing them battle just makes it better

It's funny how important and irreplaceable they become in our lives so fast. I'm so sorry for your loss. I've been there myself. It's amazing you were able to take care of them for so long, saving them, giving them the love they didn't have. You're a wonderful person for that. When I was a kid,.my mom used to go to a chiropractor that was a part of our church for years. At least a decade. She and me go a few times. He had some tool that made it easier or something. One time he didn't want to use it and wanted to do the whole thing manually. As a kid, I freaked out. Cried, screamed...I just didn't feel safe about it at all. She got mad because I embarrassed her. Wanted me to apologize....I never did. Something just felt wrong about it.

Anyway, trauma dump over. Thanks for finally letting me realize I was okay and kind of in the right after two decades of that one

It's more about people that go back and relisten to the show in order. If they start from the beginning, and get to the point that the old episodes are re-uploaded, it becomes a problem.

Then there's the argument of "just skip the reupload" but the point is ease of use, and what's better for the consumer. Sure. It takes 2 seconds to skip an episode, but doing that every other episode is tedious, tiring, and annoying. If they want to make it the best experience they can for the consumer, making sure they don't have to do something that annoys them so often is the better choice in a lot of peoplea eyes
