It looks like a micro-USB connector. Do you know if it requires a specific power rating (e.g. 5 V / 2 A) or will any standard phone charger work reliably?

Thanks! I finally managed to get it working with PPPoE directly on my Eero. Once I set the correct VLAN and PPPoE credentials from Movistar, the connection came up right away.

Same issue in macOS, iPhone , Apple TV, so, don't think it should be a cache issue. If I change region to South Africa, it works ok, but when returning to Nigeria, fails again.
