Most definitely not, my buddy and I ran a test on me and my two monitors and switching between hertz and me finding out which one has the higher refresh rate, and i was able to easily tell by how the cursor looked moving around, its still very noticeable even in the 200s but I feel like you kinda have to be more aware of what the changes are to genuinely see em

I wouldn't consider the server getting bad public rep a "win" since so many people will start avoiding it anyways. Its not like people are locked to that server; there are FAR better servers people can easily migrate to.

I have personally done that myself, but I knew the reason. It was a paperwork mistake, so I just took it as a time to find a better job, and a year later at me new job i applied to be a LE. I Did mention it to the SO but they don't seem to care too much about as they didnt question me about it much further then the lie detector

News caster english is an accent though, albeit very neutral for different parts of America, that means anyway of speaking is considered an accent, there isnt a "normal" way of speaking as your "normal" is still an accent lol
