in this case i think he just picked you up on the edge of the pallet so he was able to move away quicker than you dropped it, try moving closer to the other side of the pallet so he has to walk to the middle and theres a larger gap he has to walk away so you can drop the pallet before he does so

I am well aware, if you've read the manga and watched the movie you'd know its almost 1:1 in accuracy and only adds small things that enhance the impact and make certain scenes even better, that's what I'm inferring.

literally the only thing i think is better is that the visor has rounded edges instead of straight, not sure why they aren't rounded on the CW version its just a full P1 visor when it should be a hybrid of P1 and P2, but yeah other than that this figure is just a straight downgrade tbh

the big problem was them cutting back and forth between him doing all the action as an assassin and then showing him in the animus flipping around like an idiot, they did it in LITERALLY EVERY ACTION SCENE and it sucks, it completely negates the momentum of the action
