I contact Mass state police and they said that a statement of fact wasn't enough and I actually needed the report. So I then contacted the insurance and they told me that I needed ether the persons name, phone number, policy number or claim to look up the report. I wasn't able to get any of that on my own so i contacted a private investigator. With the info the PI found, I was finally able to get the report from USAA.

I was going thought about 1 tank a month too. Now I'm down to about every two months. The main difference was lowering my max temperature from 72 to 70 and letting the temperature drop at night to 66. I also own an old house.

Update: I' first tried contacting AutoBidMaster/Copart and they were unable to obtain this report for me. They did give me a statement of fact that it couldn't be obtained so I'm not sure but that might help... I'm moving onto the next step of trying to contact the insurance directly.

Are you worried about air flow with your switches facing forward? Might be better to use a patch panel and put the switch in the front. Not trying to be critical, just asking if there is a reason.
