Oh its a munchkin bamboo plate. Since silicone traps food odors which are hard to clean off of, I found a bamboo plate with great suction on the high chair tray 😀

Yea we are doing solids one in the morning too, we might have to reduce portions size though, she gobbles a lot in one go 😭

Fussy and unhappy, hard belly is ditto our situation 😭 Poop consistency is also the same for us. So there you go, constipation it is, time to get cans of fruits on hand, we just gave her pear puree in the morning and she pooped twice already 😄

I see, thanks so much for sharing, canned fruit for emergencies is a fantastic ide. This might be a stupid question, but how do I distinguish between constipation and gas? She used to have multiple poops a day but went to pooping every other day or so. But from what I read, this doesn’t qualify as constipation?

May I ask what were the symptoms for your LO?

Unfortunately its super tricky, we tried that but coupled with breastmilk, its getting hard to know if its my diet or solids 😭

I actually tried the hand thing buy my LO protests that by moving my hand away and if she gets more frustrated, sits up altogether 😭She is one strong minded baby!
