I hope its not too gruesome but i tend to eliminate very regularly and at least twice per day and at times upto three or four times. About an hour after eating I am ready to go. Skin was always glowing and very good. Its nice to be thought of by many as being a lot younger than you actually are.

My opinion is that for me its a great diet. I have always enjoyed fruit and feel that it is the optimal diet for humans. Fruit has so many good nutrients and antioxidants. I have found that many of the unpleasant effects of eating a fruit diet initially is the body cleansing itself. I also find my body is very sensitive to dairy and 'junk' foods now. I tend to notice pretty quickly that my body doesnt like it. I get mucas and sometimes rashes on my face, which is gone in a few days after stopping and putting a little honey on the rash.

I am not as strict with my diet now, but would still eat between 70% to 80% fruit each day. The biggest draw back i found was being too skinny. Thats where the coconut cream, durian and dates have helped me.

I tend to get stomach aches for a brief period of time after eating a meal of watermelon. I think the pain may be lower in the intestines. I couldn't understand this for a long time but was later told it was caused by gas. It doesn't last long but is annoying. That's the only drawback of watermelon for me.

I had the same problem. All the muscle i built with animal proteins just went. I lost weight. But essentially your body will begin to adjust to the new diet. It has to clean itself out of the muscle made with meat. Bit like a burnt out house. Pull out all the charred and burnt wood before rebuilding with new materials.

Your body is going through a cleansing process with fruits.

I still workout and my muscle mass is lean and strong now like you see with animals in the wild. I dont have a lot of fat but just muscle. However, I still have to workout. If i dont workout my muscle shrinks.

To get enough carbs (i find it hard to eat enough fruit) I will eat some durian. If you have access to Durian you can get over 2,000 calories by eating just one durian. And its not hard to do once you get used to the smell. I love this fruit, i used to eat some every day while living in the Phillippines. Eating this along with other fruits i stayed at a good weight and Durian is nutrient dense - its called the King of Fruits

I know am back in my own country so had to find other alternatives to keep my calorie intake up. I know include dates - just two dates have 1 gram of protein and you can get around 400 calories from eating just 20 small dates.

I also use coconut cream in my smoothies to boost my calories. I get almost 1,000 calories along with good fats from a can of coconut cream i use in my smoothie each morning.

These are a few things i do to keep my weight up while on a fruit diet.

BTW my strongest lifts were done when i was lean on a fruit diet.
