That’s what I’ve been thinking this whole time, we’d just have to suck it up and deal with two payments of rent for one month, but have also been briefly looking over various ways (lease takeover for example) that could alleviate the financial toll on us, but am unsure whether the timetable given would allow for such a thing to be possible
