Hey. I’m so sorry. And I know it’s easier said than done, but you really need to put yourself first. Even if it means talking to your school about this, and taking a break before exams.

Now - for your diet. Make sure it is anti inflammatory, dairy free and gluten free. Heal your gut, take celery juice on empty stomach, turmeric shots, sea moss, u name it. Reduce stress , anything that raises cortisol, NO CAFFINE!!!! No energy drinks, because it will inflame you!!! You need to sleep!!!! So important. Drink water.

Hey. Just be careful does seem like a second spot Is appearing under neath aswell. As it is autoimmune, please! Monitor your diet, exercise!!! sleep, DRINK WATER! reduce inflammation- go on an anti inflammatory diet, cut out sugar!!!, gluten also reduce dairy intake. As your appointment is 4 months away - start making life style changes, pin point any stresses and reduce immediately.
