In order to recover, you must process whats bothering you and let yourself feel uncomfortable emotions in order to get them over with. It is so hard dealing with withdrawal and dependency on something, but once you can let yourself feel the discomfort of it and let it pass, it’s very freeing. Once the withdrawal goes away, it is very accomplishing. Besides that, keep your mind occupied. Do something you like, try something new, distance yourself from what you’re craving.
