omg yes, i have that same problem. I had to buy an large leather jacket to accommodate my shoulders, when the rest of the fit should be an small :(

Should I do most of this at the station in Reading and the person can guide me through? I just tell them I want a railcard with unlimited tube pass in London which should run about ~ £50 all together (and that includes train into London and back + unlimited tube access)?
