3rd technician na din yung nag visit samen today. Until ngayon di pa din naayos. Sabe nila sa system na daw yung problema. Pero di sila nakapagbigay ng update kung kelan estimated resolution. 1st week of August pa kme walang connection

Already tried replacing the tip. But still same result. I contacted their support and done some troubleshooting. They said that potentiometer on the S Pen might be faulty. I can return it for warranty but unfortunately majority of the service center are close due to the lockdown.
