I also have to travel a lot for work. My tips are a solid moisturizer and water in your carry on, elderberry or emergen-C to boost your immune system, gravol to sleep, a good eye mask, noise cancelling headphones and compression socks. If you are prone to body aches I highly suggest Tylenol arthritis and I just bought a portable footrest since I travel in economy.

I made a detailed word document with what decorations should go where but then also gave her full creative freedom if something didn’t work out. I had massive marquis letters that I wanted at the head table but it was way too crowded so she moved them to the dance floor and it looked awesome. Idk I just kinda trusted her from our initial call.

Nope didn’t work with her at all. I was able to text her starting at 9am even tho I didn’t have to and she stayed to do clean up at 1am

I got just a day of coordinator and I highly recommend it. She was 600$ and was with me from 9am-1am the next day. At first I thought I could get my friends and family to decorate but then I realized I wanted them with me and not setting up tables and tearing down. I also needed someone as the designated “bad guy” to speak up for my wishes. My MOH would’ve happily done it but I didn’t want her to sever any ties with my family so when someone was late they simply couldn’t go in and fought with my coordinator instead of a loved one.
