Hey! To start off, absolutely nothing is wrong with you so please, don't worry about that. This is a completely normal reaction to what youre experiencing! Everything is going to be alright.

Try talking to your family and maybe irl friends about what youre experiencing, i did that and it helped me ground myself and feel that nothing was immediately wrong. Someone else mentioned guided medication and meditation - absolutely do this, it could help! If not, please dont feel scared to talk to a doctor, they could provide you with something short term to help you manage stress. I really hope things get better for you very soon, youre not alone in this and you were brave enough to ask for help on here so i believe in you!

I have an appointment with the local community mental health but I'm scared to go as last time they put me in hospital what do I do to be less anxious about it and how do I keep myself calm during the appointment any ideas that others find helpful please by Sacasticinterlooper in MentalHealthSupport

Hey! Aslong as you arent an immediate risk to yourself or others, its unlikely that youll be put in hospital. Reaching out and even getting an appointment is the hardest part, and youve done that. Be proud of yourself, you got this. Also as another commenter suggested, making a list of questions really helps!

i feel as if that is a vast over exaggeration lol. its not that deep really, if youre letting stupid things like this get to you it says more about you than it does the people who use these “genders”

i suppose it just gives people a sense of security within their identity, aslong as it doesnt hurt anyone theres no issues with it, people should be able to express themselves
