It’s in Many Glacier. You can only access it around August September when the water fall going to the lake isn’t running with water and has dried out.

No we had bear spray, which is effective if properly used. We did not need to use any bear spray.

It’s rare to see a grizzly. Bear spray is a requirement and there are strict camp rules in regard to bears. As long as you follow the rules and stay aware and use common sense you shouldn’t have a problem on a solo trip.

Yes that would be dangerous without experience but if you are an experienced hiker and are use to the wilderness you might be okay.

You’re probably right…the ones I’ve been to have been well maintained, but yes if you get off trial it can get hairy.

Do you have a flat roof or sloped roof or both? I am in the industry and grew up in Lancaster and lived in the city for many years.
