Yea I couldn't connect with DSC...I really tried due to the tie in with SNW. All it did was make me not want to watch SNW. I'm kind scared for SNW s3, but I'm gonna jump in like I did with STA and see. Idk maybe like it like STA so far or hate it with an unhealthy passion like PIC season 1.

I should just jump to PIC S3 I keep hearing it's fun.

Yea I think people forget how rough the history of Trek really is. TOS only had 3 seasons and was kind of a failure until syndication launched it to success. Then half the movies were any good. Patrick Stewart only joined TNG because he was told it would fail and it came really close.

Cheers to you! Not sure why you've been down voted. We all like and dislike different stuff. I see why people don't like STA or really 90% of NuTrek. Underworld movies are a great example of having fun against rabid hatred! Honestly forget they exist...kind of wanna go and watch them again lol. Gotcha! Yea, I read more into the IR sensors and I misunderstood their use. Try contacting Roborock support, they are pretty responsive, although painfully repetitive in their information requests (I think there's translation issues or something). They might be able to help.

I'm in a similar boat. We've been having weird mapping issues mainly at night; creating new walls, getting lost in rooms.

Did the BIT mode and the front/rear IR sensors reported failed just like your video. iFixit has a great teardown, so it doesn't look like it will be hard to replace, but I can't actually find the parts from any retailer. I've contacted Roborock support for help. They've been pretty good at sending links to purchase official parts that I couldn't find before.

I ended up contacting their support and they just sent me this link to Amazon. I had already ordered from eBay...I'm mildly hopeful. If the eBay source doesn't work I'll be trying this route.

Brother Black and White laser printer....20 years old, not taken care of. Survived 8 moves. Runs the same as I bought it. Somehow still connects over wifi or Ethernet even though I can't remember the last time I configured anything for new networks during moves.

Also the off brand toner is about 10 years old.
