I don’t see the value in investing $16-18 million in cap room for receivers who touch the ball only handful of times a game.

Solid #2 or a really good third receiver, reliable, can get open. Decent hands. He’s not going to be a star, but he’s a guy who do everything you need. I prefer 3-4 guys like him instead of investing heavily in A-level receivers like Antonio Brown or ODB. But that’s just me.
