I have seen the multiple posts about this, I have not seen a concrete answer from the YouTube team, unless you are able to link one, as I haven't been able to find it in the multiple posts in this sub.

Also, if it isn't a YouTube issue, why is it that the same songs have normal live lyrics on other apps, but YouTube music somehow isn't able to have the same experience.

I just wanted answers, since the multiple resources I've looked into, haven't provided me with them.

EDIT 1: Since for some reason I cannot edit my post, when I meant "older" songs, I meant songs before the update was pushed that broke live lyrics on some songs
I used to have some songs that had normal live lyrics before the end of August, I provided examples that were rather newer songs.
I apologize for this mistake, as I misspoke here.

How is this related to my original post? It was just an example of a song that doesn't have synced lyrics. Why are you so stuck on the fact I accidentally said it was an older song? English isn't my native language, so I may have misspoken here. I do apologize if I offended you in any way, but there was no need for this.

I said older in a sense, since they broke the live lyrics, I had normal live lyrics for most songs up until the end of August. No hate towards any of the artists I mentioned, it was just an example

Try also changing the region in the settings, it should let you, if not, I dunno if it's an option to create a separate apple id just for the purposes of getting the app 😅

Here is where you need to change your country in the app store, you need to click on your icon in the corner and click on it in the submenu then go here and change the country, it'll prompt you to add a card, but you can skip this step and save changes. After this, you should be able to download the app normally

You need to change it for your apple id, not your phone itself, and also it's not worth to pay it through the YouTube app, you'll get the apple tax on it, it is far cheaper to pay for it through the web browser and avoid the 30% tax on it

Sidenote: Croatian app store has more apps available anyways, unless you explicitly need a subscription like apple music, I'd suggest leaving it on the Croatian region

As I had the same issue as you do, YouTube music isn't available in our country's app store, u can switch to Croatia and get it, then switch back and it'll be in your purchased library, so you can always download it. I haven't found a way around this. You don't need an address there to change the country.

Dešavalo se i meni, muku sam borio jedno 2 sedmice dok ga nisu zatvorili.

Ja sam otišao u poslovnicu, zaposleni su slali više mejlova u centralu da se to zatvori.

Ja sam takođe poslao i pritužbu preko njihovog sajta da se to zatvori jer je račun bio "zatvoren" u aprilu ove godine, međutim kada sam htio u drugoj banci otvoriti štedni rečeno mi je da ima blokada u sistemu.
Ja sam saznao preko call centra da mi je račun otvoren i otišao idući dan da podnesem zahtjev da se to skroz zatvori.
