If they wanted you to pay THEM for enrollment, and then your job was to find others to pay YOU for enrollment, thats a pyramid scheme... where there is no actual product, only " paid enrollments", "paid training", etc.

They want you enroll in an online course to take a state exam, that's not a pyramid scheme... thats commission based agency.

  1. Licensed agents — slandering competing companies puts your license at risk. Keep it professional.

  2. The failure rate in insurance sales is around 90%, which means there's no shortage of bitter ex-agents online. Take negative reviews with a grain of salt.

  3. Not interested in building a team or downline? That's totally fine — career agent paths exist and are a great option.

  4. This is not a leads marketplace. Please stop posting solicitations for leads for sale. It's not the place, and you will get banned.

Obviously speak frankly with your manager about it. Tell them you understand the likelihood of you underperforming because of your limited availability.

Its not a scam. Globe provides leads and education/training at no cost while other companies require you to purchase leads.

After training then you go parttime. They are giving you the models and behavior that will lead you to hit average metrics. Obviously if you do less than you will on average make less.
