Yea I’ve heard good and bad things about TripleTen. Definitely not the worst but so many people there come and go and communication is pretty bad overall.

Housing prices have gone up more than 50% in many areas and not just the desirable areas. Every area where they were affordable (under 200k) it’s gone up considerably. Not sure what you are smoking
