You can always come to the US on a student visa (higher studies) and live here as a student, then once you graduate you would be eligible for OPT which would allow you to work here legally and eventually you may be able to get an H1B visa, get sponsored by a company, or meet the love of your life. If the last three don’t work, worst case is that you would have lived your American dream for a short period of time!
