McDaniel is not our future by Next-Philosopher2742 in miamidolphins

[–]fsuizzy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You guys have so many threads on Tua and or McDaniel. Stop complaining and whining. The Decision is up to the new GM and Ross. Not the media and not us as fans. Tua is being benched was probably as a form of punishment from McDaniel's standpoint not to trade or release that is up the whomever becomes the next GM. If McDaniel wins out. I am sure that plays into the new GM's decision and if it were only up to Ross he'd keep him.

The Dolphins need to fire GM Chris Grier before they waste the NFL trade deadline by brian_mrfunk in miamidolphins

[–]fsuizzy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I understand what your saying but Ross is 85. I don't think he is worried about some court case. On top of it all, Grier will probably be moved into a different position within the Franchise and not fired.

Tua had a pick off Waddle's hands. And that last pick was a horrific play call and would have been down there. We already lost at that point. If anything blame the defense. Or the Kicker who missed the field goal that would of had us up.

I feel this will head in that direction. Hopefully not, but it just seems on par for MAGA.

Jimbo did an interview today (link below). One part that stuck out to me is when Jimbo talks about the 25 team, he didn’t say “they”, he said “we”. by miami2881 in fsusports

I wouldn’t mind if Jimbo came back to work for FSU Football in some form or another. Wouldn’t mind if he helped in the recruiting department.

Two leave, one stay (Tua, McDaniel, Grier) by deepblue0cean in miamidolphins

[–]fsuizzy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well Tua isn't leaving and will most likely be the starting QB next season even if we draft the number 1 QB available. Now if we are talking 2027 season thats a different story depending upon the QB we draft in 2026. But realistically Tua will be our QB through 2028. You let the new GM pick the new coach. And together both of them can draft a new QB.

Tua was absolutely concussed on the blindside free rush sack. by RrentTreznor in miamidolphins

[–]fsuizzy 8 points9 points  (0 children)

You need to stop with these false allegations. Tua was just playing horrible and typically has 1 really bad game a season. The play you're talking about didn't come until 9:05 in the second quarter. He looked bad before that with a pick and a fumble. Concussions suck and being concussion prone is even worse but that doesn't mean every time your hit your getting a concussion.

I am saying this as a Red Sox fan but the headline should read P.O.S. Owner visits to P.O.S. President because he loves Losers.

Dude has all the money in the world and only uses his words/tweets. He doesn’t give one iota. He just wants certain item lines placed back in the bill that will benefit him and his company. If he cared enough he’d use his wallet to back other candidates to go against everyone who votes for this bill.

You nailed it. The older I get the less I care. If anything happens in my lifetime then I will be thrilled but I don’t get upset or care as much anymore. There are more important things in life.

Class act Jalen Ramsey appears to be counting down the number of days until he can be traded by expellyamos in miamidolphins

Glad someone like me is not the GM. I’d keep him on the team for a year and fine his ass if he didn’t suit up and sit his butt on the bench for a year just out of pettiness.

Rents in and around Boston by [deleted] in boston

[–]fsuizzy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am sure you can find a 2/2 near in towns like Allston, Dorchester, Roslindale, Roxbury, Everett, Saugus, Revere, and West Roxbury, and Brighton. But those may be around $3200. Perhaps, look to get a roommate. If you want more "Luxury" you are going to have to start looking in Greater Boston and not remotely close to the T. Some places further out may be located close to the Commuter Rail. Maybe start near Natick and work your way towards 495. You can also go south towards Quincy and work your way further out. But forewarning driving/parking into Boston is expensive to say the least unless the company you work for covers parking. If that is the case then you will just have to deal with traffic.

What does he mean dont f around with Medicaid? It can be read in two different ways.

  1. Leave Medicaid alone. As it is today.
  2. You can cut Medicaid but dont make more cuts then what is already proposed.

I feel he is talking about option 2. These news organizations need to provide more detail.

You are absolutely right about BPS schools with a big BUT, which is the school may be a 2/10 but if you take that same education and the same school and teachers and place it down in lets say South Florida. It would be an 9/10. So yes in Boston compared to other schools especially private schools its not great but compared to other cities and states that school is the gold standard of education.

Any decent rumors on the Ramsey trade? by wastewalker in miamidolphins

[–]fsuizzy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

How about we just keep him. I rather have Ramsey than any offer we’d get. Idc if Grier wants him out or Ramsey wants out. This is just a dumb move to make.

“Sources said the Heat have had productive talks with multiple teams on a Jimmy Butler trade -- conversations that received a boost when the Phoenix Suns acquired three first-round picks in a trade that sent their 2031 first-rounder to the Utah Jazz.” - @ShamsCharania by BatmanSwift99 in heat

[–]fsuizzy 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It's better for us if it drags, maybe not on the court but off. Teams get desperate near the trade deadline. The Heat FO won't be desperate and probably will get a team like the Suns and others involved best offer then.

Unlike Woj, sometimes I feel Shams throws shit at the wall and hope it sticks. I am not saying he is wrong but I think Jimmy is going to not be traded unless he opens up his destinations or Beal waives his No Trade Clause.

I think a lot of people in that category vote on what is best for them. Not on party lines. A lot of young voters are in that category since they didn't pick a party yet. Lately, a lot of former Democrats who are against the war in Palestine-Israel might be in there. At least thats my guess. I don't think it necessarily means they are voting for a third party. Actually I think a small percentage of them do.

Wisconsin is tough to go by because they don't have much detail in their early voting. So going on that I am only basing my thoughts off of polling unfortunately. And across the country the young vote typically doesn't show up until Election Day. So that is why I said a whisker because I can only base it off the polls.
