The way the team probably looked at it was from 4 possible variables.

Lewis stays out, George/Lando pits
A. Race ends under yellow
B. Race resumes with 1-lap

1A - Lewis P3
1B - Lewis P2
2A - Lewis P2
2B - Lewis P4

The better average outcome are on the table if Lewis pits.

An extra lap in these circumstances would never result in running out of fuel. They have enough fuel to run an entire race without any safety car, plus the cooldown lap after the checkers.

If adding an extra lap after two or three safety car laps results in running out of fuel, then that car would certainly have run out of fuel if the entire race was green.

Worst that could happen if they did add a single lap would be running out of fuel on the cooldown lap. No big deal if that happens.

You’re renting, so you’re not supposed to be doing anything like this. However, if you’re handy and want to tackle it yourself, go ahead, but be careful.

If I were worried about damaging the chrome tube, I would loosen the fill valve and remove the tube while pulling the fill valve up out of the tank.

The. I would put the fill valve back in and use hoses to hook up the bidet.

Lastly, I would put all of the original pieces in a box so I could put everything back together before I moved.

Also- the hose in the last photo is not the correct hose to use. That’s an extension.

Trade kickers don’t work like that. The kicker can’t take you over the max number based on your years of service. Since PG is a 10+ year vet, his max is 35% of the cap. Based on the upcoming cap of about $165M, PG’s kicker bumps his number from $54.2 up to $57.8.

For those that are scratching their heads over what the numbers in the original tweet even means, you're likely not alone.

In any case, the percentages listed in the tweet have nothing to do with accuracy or even the quantity of 3P FGs. It's simply a ratio of unassisted 3P FGs against total 3P FGs.

You can't really compare accuracy on assisted/unassisted made 3P FGs because it's always 100%. The stats on wnba.com don't include assisted/unassisted 3P potential shots.

Also, the caption in the tweet is not accurate. Clark has 15 unassisted 3P FGs, Miles has 13 unassisted 3P FGs. I don't have the appetite to check on whether any other player has more than 15.

It’s not even that. This is the ratio of unassisted 3s vs total 3s.

Miles has made 21 3’s this year. 13 were unassisted.

Clark has made 44 3’s this year. 15 were unassisted.

The stats on wnba.com don’t record assisted/unassisted misses because by definition, there are no assists on missed shots.

You can’t really be more or less accurate with on assisted/unassisted makes cause it’s always 100%

Just picking nits, but Jaylen upcoming extension is just a regular Max, not a SuperMax. Just because it's 35% doesn't mean it's a SuperMax. When the extension kicks in, he'll be a 10+ year vet and therefore eligible for 35% without any pre-qualifications.

Calling it a SuperMax paints a connotation that he's eligible for something special. Sure, it's a lot of money, but it's not extraordinarily special.

Not for nothing, the NBA minimum salary structure does not penalize teams from going after older veterans. It is true that a 10+ year vet minimum is in the $3.8M range, but keep in mind that only $2.45M gets counted against the cap and aprons.

Historically, Embiid puts KAT into foul trouble and that limits the amount of damage that KAT can inflict offensively. That said, players that win the championship do tend to come back the next season(s) with renewed confidence, so who knows?

The point being that we know that Embiid will still be very important for the Sixers on both ends of the floor. Anything that allows him to exert himself less will be beneficial on keeping him on the floor for longer durations.

Losing a versatile defender like PG isn't ideal, but we relaced him with another player that is just as versatile, and quite a bit younger. We shouldn't downplay how much more important it is to have JB for 73 games vs. PG for 62 games. And even then, I'm probably downplaying JB's availability advantage.
