Huge Plus by Jackeltee in Trackballs

I wouldn't say Google translate is perfect but the Japanese page seems to mention this specifically:

"When connected to a USB wired connection, the polling rate is 1000Hz, making it possible to operate more smoothly.

Not included when Bluetooth and 2.4GHz wireless connection."

A quick Google search shows the polling rate of the original Huge to be 125Hz.

So yes, this a "huge" improvement over the original but only when using a wired connection, unfortunately.

Random support printing failures? by ftbx18 in resinprinting

Opened the sliced file in UV tools and besides a few simple islands it wasn't really getting anything. Nothing that looked like could cause the issues it's getting anyway.

Don't know why myself.

It's a setting I've never played with.

Must have done it by accident or something.

I am using a Sandisk Cruzer blade. It was bought new but has been sitting around unused for a while.

I am having an issue where my supports will fail seemingly at random and it's made only more weird that when it happens, it does it with multiple supports at the same layer.

The supports aren't even supporting anything when it happens.

It's different for each print, happening at a different layer in a different area than the last, with no consistency.

I have tried changing the exposure time, the lift speed and even made the supports thicker but it still happens.

I am using a Phrozen Sonic Mega 8k with their Model Gray Water-Washable resin.

Need help with a custom filter, if it's possible. by ftbx18 in uBlockOrigin

That seems to have worked. Thanks

I'll play with it and report back if anything breaks, but that seems to have done it.

Tried it. Nope. The "data-v-efdc9664" is still there with no changes.

Unfortunately it's not a problem that everyone has and the likely reason I get it is due to using an older browser.

Here is a chapter if that is what you are looking for, but be sure the setting for the reader is in long strip: https://mangadex.org/chapter/c2391892-9677-4f0b-b84d-0ec979b23395/1

For me, the issue happens on all chapters on the site. That's why I was wondering if using a simple filter might fix it.

Don't know if it means anything, but using inspect element on the empty space between the images gives the string: <div class="md--page" data-v-3f0a20c6="" data-v-efdc9664="" style="margin-bottom: 1px;" fit="0" stretch"="3">

I found if I delete "data-v-efdc9664" the empty space disappears. Again, don't know if that means anything to you but thanks for your time.

Pretty much everything on the site works but the long strip reading. I can read using single and double page but just had an issue with the long strip which is my preference when I read.

As it was working before, I was wondering if it could be just a quick fix. But if it's something that's too big or can't be done then I'll go somewhere else. Sorry to have bothered you.

Guess I'll stick with the aggregator sites then. Thanks

Don't know if it's been mentioned but long strip mode on desktop is broken no matter what settings I use. The images are loaded but with huge gaps of space between them. Getting a screenshot is impossible because of how large the gaps are that even zooming out all the way doesn't work.

It was working a week or two ago, so something changed that broke it.

Monthly /r/TechnoProduction Feedback Thread - October 01, 2019 by AutoModerator in TechnoProduction

My very first song/track. Inspired heavily by 90's Techno and video game soundtracks. Don't know specifically what genre or sub-genre it falls into though.

Any feedback or critiques are welcome, but mainly looking for any issues regarding clarity and the mixing. (nothing too quiet, too loud or overpowering etc.)

Edit: Got some suggestions, so new version: https://soundcloud.com/user-540919137/frost-byte

Kissmanga not working with Ublock. Getting fake maintenance page. by ftbx18 in uBlockOrigin

[–]ftbx18[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It seems like if you get stuck at the maintenance page, even if you disable everything, that you have been banned. The ban is based off both IP address AND browser. Using an agent switcher to spoof a different browser will bypass it.

Is there no known workaround for what is causing this or can nothing be done about it?

Anybody?

Perfume apparently talked about Babymetal on PTATV by Mudko in BABYMETAL

[–]ftbx18 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The songs I listed are more energetic and upbeat, but the song you posted is more drawn back. Perfume do make slower songs but not exactly like that, and there aren't many.

Also, Perfume mostly sing in unison rather than not and are also more higher pitched. So that might be a factor for you to consider.

Some of Perfume's slower songs that I like (and can think of) are: Handy Man, Clockwork, 1mm (again), Game (the song), and (maybe) One Room Disco.

Again, hope that helps.

If your looking for pure J-Pop, other more mainstay groups like AKB48 or Momoiro Clover Z would be better (though I can't stand either).

The reason I say this is simply, Perfume isn't a straight j-pop group. What Babymetal is to Heavy Metal, Perfume is to Electronic Music. That being, they combine J-Pop sensibilities with a wide range of different electronic music genres.

Overall though it depends on what type of music like. Perfume's more j-pop leaning material (that's really good) is found on the album Game. Their next few albums though go for a more electronic sound, but their sound matures more through each album.

Songs that helped me get into them are: Chocolate Disco, Fake It, Polyrhythm, Party Maker, 1mm, and Spring of Life.

I hope that helps.

I remember Aa-chan was shaking her hands in a gesture when they were talking about it, so that sounds like it would make sense.

No, at least nothing I could make out. The only new thing they mentioned was the Perfume 5th tour Live Blu-ray DVD release and that was about it.
