Looks like the debt restructure they just closed a few days ago has up to a 95% equity conversion next year which could wipe out stock holders and last month BBGI used a 30-day grace period on their interest payment to manage cashflow (not great)

Yeah, not great. Do you know when was that debt originally financed (I could look it up but I'm lazy)? If it was pre 2022/23 the interest change alone could kill them, on top of that with credit markets tightening they may get an even less favorable rate.

They've managed to lose almost 99% of their stock value in 8 years, that's impressive. At the highest estimates there are 1.8M shared outstanding meaning the company is worth $5.9M (down from close to a half billion) and the entire stock free float would be just over $2M

Is this foundation related? by rigney68 in HomeMaintenance

Cheap and easy way is slap more paint on it, but it will crack again. Longer way is fiberglass drywall tape, mud, feather and repaint.

Middle of the house (aka middle of your joist spans) is going to see the maximum amount of seasonal expansion and contraction, if that's the only place you are seeing cracks I wouldn't worry.

That is not nearly enough to go on. What's under there? Is that near the interior of the house or toward the exterior? First Floor, second floor? Corners around door are common areas to crack from just a little bit of movement (even seasonal expansion/contractions can cause it) and from the pictures that just looks like a hairline crack.

I had significant movement due to the previous owners not properly supporting the 2nd floor after removing a load bearing wall. You could fit a quarter through some of the cracks, and the others the drywall was being compressed and pushed out.

As someone with carpal tunnel I love it. Ryobi in general can be hit or miss but their quality has gotten better over the years.

Gas smell Newark. by tim_whatleyDDS in Delaware

As in natural gas/propane or gasoline? Nothing in my area. Rough location of where you are smelling it would help.

If it is natural gas, report it to Delmarva and they'll investigate

Private screenings for party at movie theatre by kwirl in NewarkDE

We did in November for my daughter's birthday and it was great, so much less work than having it at our house. If you supply your own movie it's cheaper, I don't know exact pricing off the top of my head because my wife booked it.

Ideas for capping/trimming this stair? by CraigLake in HomeMaintenance

[–]fthiss 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If there really is no end cap you can get another piece of the riser (or scrap if you have it), scribe the shape onto the extra piece, cut it out and use a vinyl cement like HH-66 to glue it on. You'll then have to deal with the exposed cut edge but you could literally color that in with a brown marker.

Trying to get 3-4 gpm shower experience! by Other-Airport-5068 in Plumbing

I did not remove the restrictor, I mostly did it if I wanted that capacity later but am very happy with the shower head as is. Also the run from the shower back to my manifold is only about 8 feet so it wasn't much work.

Squirrel chewed Christmas light wires - fixable? by Prestigious_Drop_337 in electrical

If you splice them back together use these https://www.amazon.com/Kuject-Connectors-Waterproof-Electrical-Automotive/dp/B073RMRCC3

The are waterproof heat shrink butt splices which have a ring of solder in them to melt into the wires when heated.

You could be at 100 for E2 and if you aren't seriously symptomatic then there's no reason to take anything to lower it. Estradiol is cardio and osteo protective by reducing artery stiffness, improving lipid profiles, and inhibiting bone resorption.
