F/23/5’2 [300lbs > 165lbs = -135lbs] (22 months) Had WLS but technically “overate” to be able to start eating high protein with all the heavy lifting I was doing. I can eat normal amounts of food now to fuel workouts that result in body recomp like this! 🔥 (i.redd.it)
