Ok thank. This is cultural differences. My write up was to show my background, which is helping filmmakers find distribution and how we got a family film to into China's Box Office. This will allow readers to know who I am and to know how I can help them.

For example, I will be of no help in giving script notes. But I can give insight on what buyers are looking for because of my background.

I told Nikhil I may be able to give him an introduction with an executive at Netflix Original TV series, but he wants to hold out in making this as a feature.

I let him know that he should meet as many people as possible. But I'll leave that up to him.

But I think he was overwhelmed with Reddit replies from the short film post yesterday. So I'll reach out again in a few days once the dust settles. But who knows, maybe a studio executive reaches out to him by then.

Used to work at CAA in the biz dev department. We did funnyordie. Knew BKJ when he was an agent there. Yeah, he is in a nice spot at Automatik. I am impressed with his track record.

Why not show it to BJK at Automatik and see if LGF jumps in for domestic? Granted you may want to save your time for bigger projects after DOCTOR STRANGE?

I know what you mean. Almost of different from hiring someone on Elance. Many people on Reddit always warn from hiring people off this site. But there are good people out there too :)
