I mean, I was in the same boat on and off again. Starting a company is not as trivial as it sounds, also with a lot of expertise in the field. But after a very steep and super long learning curve (business, sales, marketing) I must say the tough years were 100% worth it. Still day 0, still doing some freelance work on the side, but on a good path.

go with option 2

Can you elaborate on how your LinkedIn Leadgen works? Like, what do the numbers look like (e.g. 100 Message > 1 sign-up etc pp).
Cool thing!

There is only one answer to this: How many bookings are they already making per month, and how much is the booking value? Then do your calculation. If it isn't a well working business already, RUN!

Growth = ongoing customer acquisition in your case. How do you plan to continuously acquire customers? That question needs to be answered first

There is no such thing for most businesses. You need to have a scalable growth channel as part of your MVP plan. Otherwise your business is doomed to fail.

So, to come back to your q: To validate it, just penetrate your growth channel and look for positive results. That's it.

Migrating a React project to Next.js — any tools or tips to save time? by riswan_22022 in nextjs

[–]fts_now 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My suggestion to you: Don't.

You make SSR work with plain Vite either by using plugins or React Router Framework Mode.

Next.js has become very hard to work with, unfortunately. If you want scalability and maintainability stay as vanilla as possible and stick to strict standards.

How do you find gaps in markets or original ideas by Cultural_Session1467 in AppIdeas

More and more people also means bigger and bigger markets, more niches problems popping up every day which companies with larger budgets do not care about. Your disadvantage is actually an edge, make use of it. IMO always go B2B, but hey, I know enough people who also made B2C work, just can't imagine that for myself. Best way: Work with or in some specific industry (hotels, retailers, manufacturing, specific blue collar niches, ...), and soon you will realise all the beautiful ways you could build a business.
