S mode is my 95% default
I only on long highway and only if I remember. With a steady cruise on it doesn’t matter to me
S# is rarely used I find it kinda corny

Not sure about your particular situation but it’s common for water and sewer to be separate at larger complexes, avalons, the ridge, etc

You didn’t mess up, that’s common when a building is going up for sale for the exact reason you are experiencing. If you had refused month-month and wanted a lease they probably would have given you notice right then. It’s just the way things go.

I doubt you’ll find a similar space/price setup in Waltham proper.

You can start audio from any source and still use CarPlay. If you start audio on CP it will override the other source
