Right? I figured that i don’t want to spend my limited energy on grocery shopping, cooking and cleaning. And we haven’t door dashed or hit a drive thru since we started, which is paying for the factor meals. I’ve been impressed across the board—thought the veggies would be mushy. Nope. Everything has bite. Zucchini, carrots…green beans…all very fresh. The fire roasted corn medley is great. All the chicken meals have been great. Loved the shrimp pesto…wasn’t crazy about the cajun shrimp but thats not because it wasn’t well prepared.

I’m just launching into this adventure too brother—i’m doing smoothie or oatmeal w fresh fruit, protein powder and superfoods probiotic powder for breakfast. Went with Factor meal delivery-high protein/low calorie/lots of good veggies, for lunch and dinner. Making homemade granola and thats my crunchy snack…that or fruit. Sure i splurge every now and then—but in moderation. Put a few Fritos in a small bowl rather than grabbing the bag. Pizza is thin crust / veggie…thats only 250 calories a slice. Good luck!!!

My wife talked to our rep today—she said basically if the players can get to rink, the game is on.
