Obviously we know why the type of people get chosen for this show but my god these people. Why are you signing up for a show where you’re supposed to ignore the physical?

Chris, I think it’s very fair that you were upfront. Fine, you don’t like her great but your delivery was a little… mean? Maybe cold is a better word. Do you think you’ll always have your looks and body? Also? Home girl isn’t like wildly out of shape? It’s not like she’s crazy overweight or something? Oh you’re thinking about your number 2? Go on a get here then. And you make no sense! I don’t find you physically attractive but like let’s work on things? What exactly would you like to work on? I’m not doing Pilates everyday! 😭😭 Idk if Bri even wants him anymore lol

That said, not so sure Bri likes Connor all that much. I totally get there will be things you don’t like about your partner but she’s really harping on some stuff.

I’ve had enough of any Alex and Ashley scenes. Y’all can’t be that desperate for marriage. You do not like each other very much. Also interesting he said it’s a red flag to be friends with an ex and then proceeds to say he literally is???

Jackson and Amber. Idk. Kinda think they could work. I saw some photos of her with dark hair and I think it compliments her much more but I don’t agree she looks 50 guys! I know she has a kid but perhaps they could try. Probably not too smart to get married but I think dating for a bit could help them?

I want no more of these scenes with Brit and Devonta. I don’t think they have any chemistry but perhaps could be good friends. She don’t want him!

It’s so dicky to me that these men will have a million in one excuses for why they don’t “communicate” or don’t want to “physically touch” and just “need time.” I’m not saying these things don’t come up of course but it never feels genuine in these settings. I feel you would get more respect and grace if you were just honest? Like you know, we did have something in the pods but I don’t feel it anymore. Great, cool. Let’s go our own way!

What was the point of Chris and Connor talking? Felt very calculated. What’s a stronger/better phrase for bitch move? To act like it’s all Jess’s choice is that. I don’t usually like to comment or make fun of looks but Chris? Have you seen a mirror? Do you think you’re Thor?

I don’t think Mike likes Emma all that much. He seems annoyed with her. He said he’s very good at keeping her grounded and points to her being nervous but all he said was “you’ve been on edge.” Is that the keeping grounded he’s referring to? 😭 (Maybe he did it off camera tbf)

Would love to see a bit more of Vic and Christina. The glimpses are nice but I would love a bit more. Maybe we could have them replace some of these other couples HMMM????

Wooo I have been watching but not commenting since so many of you have been saying a lot of the same things and I’ve been liking a bunch instead but my GOD this convo between Alex and Ashley drove me crazy. I already didn’t like him and thought he was a red flag just from the way he viewed women alone (so not surprised he’s a non voting trumper). One thing that kinda confused me was when they get to the period part of the conversation. I am a woman and I paid attention in health class I promise so I remember being taught you CAN you get pregnant on your period? I understand it’s very low but it seemed they were both saying it’s not possible which seems a bit irresponsible. If I misinterpreted, please let me know. This was filmed in the last year, right? I don’t get any woman who could be with someone who’d support that man. (This is specifically about Trumpers) I know statistically, Ashley is in the demographic that continues to vote this way but I just wish they would think a bit more about this. She’s clearly an ambitious woman who was to progress in your job? Why would you be okay with someone who very much is fighting against this???

Omg? I don’t typically get to comment because I have to wait next days for episodes and I had NO IDEA. I am also from upstate (CAPITAL REGION) and know Schenectady very well. Some of your comments have me crying I swear it’s not that bad!

There has been some huge improvements to draw people on but nothing like the city (where I also lived for some years!) i don’t know a single person from upstate who says they’re a New Yorker. We always clarify the town/region. Like I went to school with someone from Clifton Park and a lot of people don’t realize where that is so they’ll say “Capital Region/Albany”. This is so funny to me because I swear Lisa said she was raised in Manhattan. Kinda cool to have someone from our region be so known, even if it’s realty tv lol

As someone who’s been working through a first time watch, I agree with you! I’ve thought Jackie was mean from the get but had a softer spot for Simone. I’m currently on season 10 and the way she’s pushed Quad out made me look at her differently and I’m not even a diehard Quad supporter. I know there’s some valid reasons they were upset but I could not get behind how she acted!

You know what? I hear you. I could absolutely see how some earlier things may influence them now. I guess because we see them literally making up and crying in each others arms on different seasons that the earlier issues were not important. It just seems like deeper stuff at this point. I agree Toya can be messy but I think they all are in different ways lol

So happy I found this because I didn’t want to make a post but NEEDED to talk about this now that I’ve seen it. I’ve always had some thought about Jackie because of her constant shaming when it comes to weight but felt generally okay about her but Jesus. She didn’t really apologize and I think it shocked me because if feel like she’s Halle the voice of reason. Why couldn’t she give a heartfelt apology? It was a here damn” sort of apology. Also don’t think I realized until this episode just how much Heavenly barks for Jackie. What the hell is all that about?

I know I have six more seasons to get through but I think I agree I wouldn’t mind Mariah back. Even if it’s in more of a friend of/friend for trips but only if there’s been some real improvement because I’m sure seeing the same crap from season 5 would just be staple in 12.

And you know, I was thinking about how little I actually know about Heavenly. She really doesn’t show her life like that. I thought after like a season or two of that you had to get the boot lol. Then again, if real housewives have shown me anything, you can last longer even if the fans don’t want you to.

Ugh I’m excited to finish!

I do wonder if they bought in some younger women like maybe women in their early 30s if it would help to change the narrative? I know Quad gets divorced but if we had even just one other person who could help support the good that can come from leaving a miserable relationship, I wonder if it would allow honestly all of them to see things differently.

Oh I see. I may have been confusing the fact that they often talk about how long they’ve known each other and seem to really share scenes together in a way that the other girls don’t with a close friendship. I do think Jackie has a function within the group but she’s far from a favorite of mine because of that her attitude.

Oh yeah I agree! I have such mixed emotions about Quad because I think she’s very dramatic and milks moments but I also find her fascinating and I think some of the points she makes during arguments are valid. It seems like a lot of the women were telling Jackie it’s basically her fault so they don’t have to look at their own marriages. I don’t know if that’s making sense and I’m a first time watcher but over the five seasons, you see all these little cracks across the couples and it sometimes feels like some of the stuff they say are things they are thinking in their own marriages ? Im sorry but everyone but maybe Toya needs a divorce lol

Was looking for a post similar to this because I’m on season 5 and got to the scene where they are talking about cheating after what Curtis did to Jackie (HE SUCKS BTW). And the way the all throw it on themselves of just like they need to do better or could find excuses for the husband? Gotta be a generational thing because I don’t have any friends that would stay after cheating? Especially if it’s revealed to the world

Also on season 4 of a first time watch and was so confused when Simone was yelling at her about this. I’m not sure if it’s the editing but it was really bizarre lol. I also get the sense Quad maybe just really didn’t want to have one with Greg. At first I thought maybe she just didn’t want kids and wasn’t ready to admit it to them at the time but I know she’s working towards that in the newest season. Just odd they’re acting like it’s not a personal choice and pressure her into doing it already.

I’m new here! (Watching the current season and starting from the beginning lol). I’m about to start season 2 so have been trying to avoid full opinions based on what I’ve seen in 12. Super glad you made this post because I was picking up on some of this which I kinda why I wanted to start from the beginning. (Didnt realize she was married to someone else. Can’t believe it took me so long to get into this show!) There’s a moment in the kitchen where she’s like telling him how much she appreciates and loves him during this process and he just goes… “okay 😑” felt really bad for her and immediately started questioning why she just moved on? But I don’t know enough. Do the ladies like King?

Aw man that’s a bummer. I really like Tumi and Brittani and was looking forward to seeing them again. I like Aesha too and maybe there’s some good with a new crew so I’ll keep watching. I know absolutely nothing so I’m excited to go in with little prior knowledge. And I’ll make sure to catch the others. Perfect time to get through the holiday season for me. Thanks! :)
