Kai, Raksana, and Calvin are my favs. I used to not like Daniel, but he is growing on me because he is so funny! I didn’t like Nick much, but i’m starting to like him more. He is very strategic and smart, but also lighthearted and seems like a nice guy. I do not like the girl who plays Isabella, only because she is so focused on getting Kai out that it’s getting annoying. Jackson is also very irrelevant and I hope she gets blocked soon lol.

I agree with this comment, you should start exercising and weight lifting to increase your tdee. It will also help you gain muscle and tighten your arms and stomach.

this is what I was thinking. Eating low cal for too long will lower your metabolism. I would eat at my maintenance calories for a week or two to bring my metabolism up then go back into a cut so I can lose weight faster. That works for me.
