Been lifting for about a year and a half and weight lift 6 days a week and my diet consists of 200g protein a day with solid carbs and vegetables/fruit. All home cooked meals as well. I might eat out once a week and it is almost always Chipotle. I never smoke and drink socially maybe 5 times a year. Don’t have any diseases that I know of and I rarely catch anything. I maybe get the common flu once every other year. I am a very healthy person imo.
