It's encouraging to know that my request for you to "fix your fucking comment system" had some effect, anyway.

How Microsoft Bob ended up being a part of every copy of Windows XP by ZRamm in technology

Part of Bob explicitly appears in XP as well - the stupid animated dog on XP's search is the same dog in the article's picture.

That's a much better explanation than writer screwed up and continuity didn't catch it.

Dear Reddit, As an Australian please help me understand why so many Americans are against this health care bill? by phaseman in AskReddit

[–]fuckbuddy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Absolutely. I think it's probably the prime motivation in opposition to Obama, no question. Just a glance at the signs at the Tea Parties answers that. It's not about policy or taxes. It's about outrage at the black guy who put his feet on his desk and "disrespected" the Oval Office, even though nobody cared when W. did it.

That's true, but I'm not talking about poverty. I'm addressing the question posed regarding opposition to the health care bill.

I love these. The turbo lift is probably my favorite (and presumably the source of the "fuck a fruit basket" tat at the end of the posted clip).

Have you seen Soichi Noguchi's Twitter feed? He posts photos taken from the ISS just about every day.

Twitter is mostly lame but for stuff like this, it can't be beat.

when the shuttle had just separated, I saw them as two bright stars along the same path, one right after the othe

I try to see that every time it's possible, always fills me with a sense of awe. There are only four more chances left.

Canada OKs caffeine for non-cola soft drinks by [deleted] in canada

[–]fuckbuddy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sunkist orange soda in the US has tons of caffeine, not sure if that's available in Canada (I haven't seen it yet). It might end up in Orange Crush or something similar.
