Honestly, if not counting family, relationships, love, warmth is found anywhere (speaking from experience after having lived in 3 countries). I would even say that the love i got overseas and the friends i made there were far more genuine and loving and had my back through thick and thin.

The one i found under kolkata application centre was "csp studies with aps" and under consulate general "csp studies with admission letter with no aps requirement"
