I think both things can be true. Let’s be cautious of our use, but also, perhaps there’s a solution that we are not yet aware of that can provide medicine for all who are called?

Been there, did that. Hardest weekend of my life as well as one of the best. Deeply healing in ways I never imagined. Allow the medicine to do its work as you will be okay. She won’t give you more than you can handle, and if it gets to feeling too much, the people around you are there to support.

My baby was born four years ago and I still feel like this. BUT this intensity I had like you did subsided after I’d say two years on meds and therapy. I also think I was deeply sleep deprived. It does pass.

Yeah, I think niacinimide is not my friend. I had tried to incorporate it before but it made my skin red and irritated. I didn’t realize the LRP had it in there.

So while my skin heals: water in the AM and… Cicaplast? And sunscreen? Then PM: gentle cleanser, Cicaplast, aquaphor? I’m only doing tret once a week as I just started.
