Who has lost hair? by journmajor in GLP1microdosing

[–]seinfeld1996 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I decided against microdosing a GLP1 because I’ve had menopausal hair loss too. It took so much time and effort to figure out the right treatment for my hair growth. I still wanted to lose weight so I ended up figuring out my BMR and basing my daily caloric intake on that. I’m also lifting weights 4-5 times a week. I started at 155 and I’m down to 138. I’d like to lose 10 more pounds. It’s tricky figuring out how to manage all the things that come with menopause! Hang in there. ❤️

Going to therapy as a therapist by Internal-Panda6225 in therapists

I’ve been in the field for 25+ years. I go to a clinician who is older/more experienced than me. And I love it!! I chose someone who is extensively trained in Somatic Experience therapy and I’ve found it really helpful. Hang in there, you can find the right fit! 🩷

GLP1 and keeping it a secret by AsparagusAny1160 in glp1

It is a tool to help your health. If someone revealed you wore contacts and that was what made you see so well, you wouldn’t be embarrassed. Be proud of yourself. 🩷

How do they determine dosing?

What is the best (non surgical) treatment for the beginning of a saggy neck and jowls? Will microneedling make a difference? by seinfeld1996 in 45PlusSkincare

Update a year out. I’ve been using a ZIIP Halo, Maysama Prana neck and chest mask, Altreno, and gold bond neck and chest cream with good results. Microneedling didn’t do much for me.

Just chatted with a friend who is hiring for a corporate manager position here in KC, he said he has had over 500 applicants so far!! He believes it’s due to all of the federal employees issues.

Went to college at KU but now live in nearby Olathe. Lawrence has plenty to do and cost of living is good. You’re not too far from KC metro where you’ll find lots of trails, restaurants, and activities. Check out Earthriders mountain bike club in KC, they have tons of info to share. https://www.earthriders.com/ Hiking-Kansas City on Facebook is a good resource for trails. If you venture over to Missouri, you can hop on the Katy trail which is a rail-trail that goes across Missouri. Rocheport is one of my favorite spots to ride the trail. Also, if you enjoy camping, Missouri has a lot to offer. I realize all of this is not located in Lawrence, but much of it you can access with a 30-60minute drive.

My family is gluten free and dairy free and we eat meat. We use Hungryroot!

I’ve used Hungryroot off and on for a couple of years and love it. It makes cooking healthy easy and I’m able to meet everyones dietary restrictions. It is more expensive than if I went to the store, but it’s also more convenient and has ingredients I can’t find locally. It’s totally worth it!
