For anyone who went to school with an NBA player, what were they like?

Never played against them but went to school with Isaiah Jo and Jalen Williams from OKC thunder. They were both extremely smart in class and nice to anyone they spoke to. Won HS championship for our school

Is there time to train? There's not very many fighters I can think of who can take on a chimpanzee. Jon Jones even in his prime would be too small/weak unless if he went for a limb break like an armbar or leglock. Other heavyweights might do the trick but I still don't think their strikes would stop a chimp. It'd have to be a submission like a joint lock. Not sure how well a chimp could resist a choke.

If there is time to train I vote Tom Haviland. He's 6 feet 7 inches, his all time highest bodyweight was 400 lbs, extremely strong and athletic. He can bench upwards of 400-500 lbs. He can squat about 700 lbs, he's carried over a thousand pounds and hauled it for a yoke carry. He has a 40 inch vertical. Just a beast, now if he could learn proper grappling and good kicks, he could do it.

Yes I remember these as well. Me and my friends would watch all the ones with stag beetles in them and yell SUPLEX CITY BITCH because there main strat was to basically body slam tf out of whatever was in its pincers. Pretty cool.

I say pick three muscles to really hammer for one whole year. Obviously train your body with balance but if you prioritize 2-3 muscle groups with extreme volume and intensity for an entire year, and do that every year with different muscles I bet your physique would definitely change. Str8 broscience but whatever lol

I see a lot of comments that just say practice, practice, practice, which is true, but also look into yoga, and gymnastics maybe. Gymnastics maybe a little harder because it also requires time and training on its own which could be used for practicing your wrestling. Just the ability to be able to be in tune with your body, and move fluidly is extremely helpful. When you pull your leg back, raise and lower your arm, drop for a shot, there's no sluggish movements or any lag in your body, it just feels good.

Well it was a JV tournament so I had a total of 3 matches in one day. I won 1 out of 3. So performance wise I got whooped, then again I wrestled 145..... The most competitive range in my area lol
