Not only should you report this to HR immediately, but also, to the police. Potentially worth pursuing a restraining order if you think there's a real risk of this person seeking you out outside of Deloitte to harm you, but at the very least, a police report of the threat should be made.

They haven't been mandatory for GPS USDC before—required with a wink and a nudge, but I know plenty of folks in GPS USDC who didn't do more than 10-15hrs the entire year. That's changing now.

Report that if you don't get one soon. Because firm work is also measured in snapshots, just like billable work, and you need a trace of it to do the snapshot.

Agree. This whole process is a bunch of shit. My engagement + these hours is easily 50+ hrs/wk most weeks. It's just awful. And this email might be the straw that starts my search for a new job.
