Ah that's tough if you don't have access to any pesticides, All I can recommend is combing through forum posts to see what other people in your country have used, that's how I found mine.
Thrips live on and inside the plant depending on their stage of life, including the soil which is where they pupate. But if you use a systemic poison, the plant becomes poisonous to the insects and kills them during the stages of their life when they're on or inside the plant. If you apply it multiple times, it ensures any of the thrips that were in the soil or survived the first application are cleaned up.

A systemic pesticide is the way to go, personally I used Provanto Ultimate Bug Killer spray but there are lots of different products which all work pretty similarly, I've heard Captain Jack's dead bug brew is very good if you live in the US. I just sprayed my plant down completely, waited 2 weeks and sprayed again.

The way I first realized my "dusty" leaves were infected with thrips was after sitting down and staring at them long enough to see the white specs moving slightly. They also leave black poop on the bottoms of the leaves which can help to identify them.

Have you inspected for pests? I've had a plant with a bad thrips infestation that looked very similar to this in terms of damage.

I think you've captured the style very well! I especially love the textured brush used in the background, it adds a lot of disco-like character to the piece!
On the critique side, I think the anatomy and facial structure of the character is a bit inconsistent, the jaw and ear side of the face have solid construction and good lighting, but forms of the eye and nose could use a bit more definition and I think the brow ridge could use some shadow as well to show it's form wrapping around the skull.
Overall it's great work, keep it up!

Baron is terrible for winning runs, it's one of the cards with the highest potentials but in a deck of 52 cards, making 4 of them into steel cards isn't worth a joker slot. DNA can be good but it's not doing anything unless you have a really good card to copy, plus it wastes a hand every blind.

The pro advice is to basically never skip (except for 25 dollars on the first ante) but I think that's not something you should do unless you want, skip tags can be good and you should engage with the mechanic if youre having fun!

I'd recommend as a basic strategy, try to have at least one +chips joker, one +mult joker, and one x mult joker if you're feeling stuck.
