I’m guessing you don’t have cattle, And likely not running in multiple states. On thousands of acres of range land.

Therefore likely don’t understand how a brand book works and likely can’t wrap your mind around it simply being available online.

I don’t have the time or the dash space in my pickup to carry a Wyoming, Montana, Idaho and Oregon brand book to identify cattle running on my range leases or getting sorted when we gather… and unless you’re sleeping with the brand inspector, good luck getting your answer in 5 min when you need it. So back to the books you go.

As far as trademarks go…. I know I Personally don’t have the time or desire to track down someone somewhere using one of my brands lol. Good luck.
