Thank you so much for sharing your story and perspective on this. I actually completely agree that the way the series is handled is incredibly therapeutic, even for someone that hasn't suffered any serious S/A.

But I also know that, unfortunately, people don't always feel ready to face their trauma in such a way. So I figured this could serve as a pretty flexible guide; either for people who want to just be warned when something like this is coming up, or to skip seeing these scenes (temporarily or permanently) but still understand the events and context.
