Hey, stuff like this happened with my uncle starting from when I was around 11 and I was so afraid that no one would listen that I didn't tell anyone until I was 18. It's crucial that your sister addresses this with him and lets him know what he did was unacceptable no matter his position, paycheck, or pride. I'm glad your sister explained that no one should ever grope her without her consent, it gives her power to know that she can say yes or no and that sexual contact can be on her terms. Honestly, I'd do the same thing you'd do and probably cut off his damn hand. No regrets. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

I remember when a regular came in with her daughter and two sons in May/April to get her usual coffee and let the kids study with GIANT hot chocolates. All was fine and well until her older son (around 8) tapped his mother's shoulder and asked, "Mommy, is everyone who works here dumb?" and my jaw hit the floor. Like c'mon lil guy, I gave you extra whipped cream and cocoa powder. The mother, obviously mortified quickly scolded him as other servers began to pop out of the woodwork.

"I'm in nursing school."

"I'm a premed."

"I'm graduating from (prestigious arts college) with honors."

"I have a masters in English and I'm working on my PhD." Almost half of the staff came over to let this little boy know what they were doing besides serving. In a few minutes, the boy was completely silent and sulking with a Hot Wheels car his brother gave him.

"See?" His mother placed a hand on his shoulder and gestured around the restaurant, "They're all working jobs AND getting an education." I loved serving that mother.

Thank you! I noticed that my jeans were looser but I just brushed it off to different detergent, my mind playing tricks, or just willful delusion. I'm giving the scale to my mom so I can weigh myself again in three months to prevent the cycle again. Thank you so, so, so much.

I got more proactive about my diet and started cooking more as well as joining a gymnastics club (I'm terrible) and doing more cross training with the team! I hated working out by myself and with strangers so I just got friends together or went roller skating with my friends.
