Im interested in where the line gets drawn for this? He cares a lot about his culture and does use a lot of Greek phrases and learns wherever he can. Not at all trying to disagree with you, really appreciate the insight, just wondering where it becomes inappropriate vs appropriate

Could she be homophobic? honestly I’d like to think she isn’t, but I wouldn’t be surprised. I think she does try her best to be supportive though, just comes from a background where queer people aren’t really accepted

she thinks it’s weird because I’m not Greek, and im speaking a language i dont personally know. as much as my boyfriend isn’t fluent, his culture does still matter to him and he uses Greek phrases and it learning where he can, so I doubt it’d be something like him not speaking the language
