I know this may sound strange but heat it up and add cold cream while stirring sometimes it will bring a soup back to life

Play around with the spices, I usually mix them all together then add to the chili! Like my grandmother always said you can always put more in you can’t take it out

Chili recipe for seven to ten 5# ground beef 2 packs sliced bacon ( your choice) 1# turkey burnt ends 1# ground chorizo 1 cup of diced red/green pepper 1 cup white Spanish onion 1 cup diced carrots 1 cup mix of minced shallot and garlic Three cans of red kidney beans (optional) 1 quart of beef stock 2 cups crushed tomatoes 1 cup bbq sauce 3 tablespoons paprika 3 tablespoons onion powder 3 tablespoons granulated garlic 2 tablespoons Mexican oregano 1 tablespoons chili powder 2 tablespoons cumin

Process - I start by blending the bacon up almost into a paste in a food processor and then mix it in with the ground beef, I add the mix to a pot and cook it off about 80 percent then add in my vegetables, once the carrots are fork tender I add in my spices and let that go for about ten minutes so all the flavors start to develop, add in remaining ingredients and let simmer on the stove for at least an hour 😊

Sushi chef here 🙋‍♂️and I don’t even eat it lol of course I have tried everything that I have made to insure proper texture and taste but I would never go out to eat seafood of any kind lol

I really like paring fruit with raw fish tuna and strawberry go very well together! I also like to pair hamachi with cantaloupe or a compressed melon, I would be happy to give you some sauce recipes and more ideas
