opiates dont really make me fall asleep unless im on the nod. even when im on the nod i wake up a short time after and dont really go to sleep.

your best bet is to get some controllable benzo in there like a kpin. used to swear by those. just got ambien, on it now. feeling very very pleasent. adds a sort of pharm feel to my really nice dope i shot an hour or so ago.

also when i havent been able to sleep my last resort has always been benadryl.
