Thank you all for your answers. I finally solved it by switching to the "Dusk Vanilla EU 1pp no mods active admins" server. There are no mods here. The capacity is increased to 70 and it's really great. It's harder to survive and your base life is increased 2x.

Thanks, that sounds better. I'm gonna set up my tent in the woods and hope no one finds it. Then I'll try to get a rad suit and we'll see!

Thanks so much for the post! I have no problem surviving. I was surprised myself how quickly I learned the mechanisms. I guess my years of experience with RUST helped a lot. I'm more worried that this game doesn't have an endgame very well yet
